First go to www.youtube.com and click upload button.  Then click Increase your limit. After that select the country.  Then select the way you can get the verification code.  If you want to get the verification code by a text message select "Text me the Verification code". First sign in to your Gmail account and go to blogger.com.  Then click on create blog button.  Next give a title and address for your blog Then you have to select a theme and click on create blog button .
