• First go to www.youtube.com and click upload button.

•  Then click Increase your limit. After that select the country.

•  Then select the way you can get the verification code.

•  If you want to get the verification code by a text message select "Text me the Verification code".

• Next enter your phone number and click "Submit" button.

•  Then enter the 6 digit verification code you got for your phone. 

• If you want to get a call select "Call me with an automated voice message". 

• Then type the verification code when it says.
